Ewes for sale, born April 2025 (one year old).
Our sheep are friendly, raised on pasture with cows. Accustomed to being handled by kids and adults, trained to electric fence and netting. I'm downsizing my flock this year and have some lovely young ewes available to a new home.
Delivery available within a reasonable distance.
They are ready to be sheared; I can shear them (and keep the wool), or you can take them home to shear.
These ewes are open and will be able to breed this fall (usually breed October-December for March-April lambs).
Shetlands are a small, hardy, wool breed of sheep, who are generally excellent mothers. Some of our sheep are crossed with Gotland genetics.
